After last year’s Janus decision, Pennsylvania became a hub for anti-union campaigns from billionaire-funded front groups, including the Commonwealth Foundation, the Fairness Center, and Americans for Fair Treatment. Despite their best efforts and deep pockets, it’s clear that a year after Janus, Pennsylvania’s labor movement hasn’t just survived these attacks, it has thrived.
